Apr 28 2013, looking to the north from Burnside Bridge. There are a few significant landscapes and buildings, from left to right: Japanese American Historical Plaza, NW Fremont Bridge, NW Broadway Bridge, N Steel Bridge, Rose Garden Arena, Oregon Convention Center, I-5 Freeway, Eastbank Esplanade.
I have feeling that a city crossed by a broad river is a happy one. Plus the snow mountain view that mentioned in previous post, Portland at least has two reasons to be a happy city.
